- Using technology effectively in the classroom can be challenging. This course introduces teachers to new technology tools as well as the Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework to improve their ability to use technology in the classroom. Specifically, this course explores using TPACK and tech tools to support reading and writing in grades K-12.

- Teachers of all disciplines can be reading teachers. This course helps high school teachers of all disciplines learn how to incorporate reading strategies in their lesson to aid students in reading difficult texts. Teachers who participate in this course also explore how they can adapt their classrooms students for diverse learners.

- This course consisted of teachers from a private international school in China who were working to obtain their M.A. in New Literacies and Global Learning. In this course, teachers and students co-constructed knowledge regarding issues in education in the U.S. and China. Together, we explored the similarities and differences between each country with the pedagogical methods used, the standards of education, and the challenges teachers face in the classroom.
